    Sabotage  from Friends & Family
    1.        Your all-or-nothing style of dieting makes you an easy target, because it is not natural
to consistently follow a rigid, depriving regimen.
    2.        If you begin making your own decisions, plans and programs, then you have the strength
to live your own life without depending on others.
    3.        If you begin setting limits on yourself, you will eventually be able to set limits on others.
    4.        Some family members project their own "fat personality" on you.  As long as you act out
the fat lifestyle, they don't get fat, because you are doing it for them.  But if you recover
from fatness, they will have to deal with their own food and fatness issues.
    5.        If you continue on your program, you will win admiration and attention from some people.
